Marrakech Air Show 2026: What Visitors Need to Know Before Going
Updated: 1 day ago
October 6 update: an indicative daily programme is now available
A detailed programme published on October 5 by Moroccan aviation specialist Aeronautique.ma gives visitors a much clearer idea of when the flying displays and industry sessions are expected to take place. The Marrakech Air Show’s own public website still does not currently display a full day-by-day programme, so the timings below should be treated as indicative and may change.
Wednesday, October 7
The opening ceremony is listed for 09:30 to 10:15, followed by an aerial display from 10:30 to 12:15. A panel on global value chains and industrial sovereignty is scheduled from 16:00 to 17:30.
Thursday, October 8
The published schedule lists keynote and workshop sessions from 09:30, including Airbus and AMDIE, with aerial displays expected from 11:00 to 12:15 and again from 15:00 to 16:00.
Other Thursday sessions include presentations or workshops involving L3Harris, Inkas, Harmattan, Boeing and VentureOne.
Friday, October 9
Friday’s programme is listed with presentations from Airbus, Harmattan, Royal Air Maroc, RTX Pratt & Whitney Morocco and Safran, plus an aerial display around 11:00 and a longer flying display expected from 15:00 to 16:15.
Saturday, October 10
Saturday is currently the most straightforward day for visitors focused on the flying programme: aerial displays are listed from 11:00 to 12:15 and again from 14:30 to 16:00, with the show scheduled to close at 18:00.
Check again before you go
These times are useful for planning, especially for visitors who mainly want to see the flying displays, but they are not yet mirrored on the Marrakech Air Show’s official public programme pages. The published aviation schedule itself says timings may be adjusted as the organisers release updates.
The official Marrakech Air Show website does currently confirm the event dates, October 7 to 10, the Royal Moroccan Air Force School Base venue, visitor-pass booking and the downloadable floor plan.
October 5 update: passes and floor plans are live, but the programme is still missing
With the event two days away, the official Marrakech Air Show visitor page now offers a Book Your Pass link and downloadable event and exhibition floor plans.
Separate current reporting based on the organizers’ preparations says the 2026 edition is expected to bring together nearly 200 exhibitors from 27 countries.
The crucial point for visitors has not changed: the official programme page still says the 2026 programme is coming soon. No verified public-day timetable has been published on that page, so visitors should not assume they can simply arrive at the base without completing the official access process.
The event remains scheduled for October 7 to 10 at the Royal Air Forces School Base in Marrakech. Anyone planning to attend should use the official visitor registration and check the programme page again before travelling to the site.
Marrakech Air Show returns from October 7 to 10, 2026 at the Royal Air Force Base in Marrakech, and there is one important point for travelers before making plans: this is a trade focused aviation event with specific visitor access rules.

Access is for adults
The official 2026 visitor registration page states that access from October 7 to 10 is prohibited for anyone under 18. Visitors should therefore not treat the event as a general family air show. The organizer is offering a visitor trade pass through the official event website, and registration is required.
What is expected
The organizer describes the show as combining a static display of military and civilian aircraft with an indoor aerospace exhibition. The event is primarily built around aviation, aerospace and defense professionals, but the aircraft displays make it potentially interesting for adult visitors with a serious interest in aviation.
The detailed 2026 program is still pending
As of September 30, the official program page still says that the 2026 program is coming soon. Travelers should not use the published 2024 timetable as if it applied this year. Check the official schedule again close to the date before deciding which day to attend.
The event location is listed as the Royal Air Forces School Base, Marrakech 40160. Because entry conditions and the daily schedule can change, completing registration before traveling to the site is the safest approach.
