Riad Anyssates Prepares to Reopen After Four Months of Renovation

Riad Anyssates is preparing to reopen in Marrakech’s Medina following four months of renovation, with the property targeting a return around the end of October and the beginning of November 2026.

The renovation marks a new chapter for the Bab Doukkala riad, which says the work has been designed to elevate the guest experience while preserving the character of the house.

Riad Anyssates has nine rooms and suites arranged around two patios. The property also features a swimming pool, two jacuzzis, a traditional hammam, a restaurant and a rooftop terrace with views across the Medina and toward the Atlas Mountains.

The reopening is accompanied by a refreshed accommodation offer. Current room categories include Chambre Élégance, Suite Signature and Suite Signature Triple, while the entire riad can also be privatized for groups and private stays.

Food and wellness remain central to the property. The restaurant serves Moroccan cuisine across breakfast, terrace service and dinner, while the spa focuses on hammam rituals, massages and treatments using products such as black soap, rhassoul and argan oil.
