La Mamounia Sets Three October Dinners With Emmanuel Renaut and Olivier Nasti
Updated: 4 hours ago
La Mamounia will host three limited-capacity gastronomic dinners in its Marrakech gardens on October 6, 7 and 8, 2026, bringing together French chefs Emmanuel Renaut and Olivier Nasti, with desserts created by pastry chef Pierre Hermé.

The Marrakech hotel announced the series on September 2. Recent hospitality coverage has since confirmed the program. Emmanuel Renaut, whose Flocons de Sel restaurant holds three Michelin stars, will lead the first dinner on October 6. Renaut and Olivier Nasti will cook together on October 7, before Nasti, whose restaurant in Kaysersberg holds two Michelin stars, leads the final dinner on October 8.
Three Different Menus Across Three Nights
La Mamounia says the October 6 menu will include lobster and caviar among the starters, followed by dishes built around red mullet and beef cheek. The October 7 collaboration will combine Renaut's seafood-focused cooking with Nasti's use of game and poultry. On October 8, Nasti will draw on Alsatian influences, including a reinterpretation of sauerkraut with smoked eel and young roebuck, followed by fish and poultry courses.
Pierre Hermé will provide the desserts for all three evenings. The hotel has announced combinations including chocolate with pistachio, caramelised apple and a Mogador millefeuille built around passion fruit and pineapple. Each menu is also planned with wine pairings selected by the chefs and the hotel's sommeliers.
Price and Reservations
The announced price is 2,800 Moroccan dirhams per person. La Mamounia says each dinner is limited to 50 guests and recommends advance reservations. The dinners are scheduled for October 6, 7 and 8 in the hotel's gardens at Avenue Bab Jdid in Marrakech.
For travelers visiting Marrakech in early October, the series adds a short-run dining event to the city's autumn calendar. Because capacity is limited and the hotel notes that published rates are indicative, guests should confirm availability and the current price directly with La Mamounia before making plans.
