Es Saadi Opens L’Instant Taittinger Pop Up in Its Marrakech Palace Gardens

Es Saadi Marrakech Resort has opened L’Instant Taittinger, a seasonal champagne pop-up set in the gardens of the Palace in Hivernage.

The collaboration with Maison Taittinger began on September 4 and runs as an evening concept built around the Champagne house’s cuvées, signature champagne cocktails and a menu of food pairings. Es Saadi lists Dakhla oysters, caviar, homemade foie gras and sharing plates among the dishes accompanying the drinks programme.

The pop-up operates daily from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm in the Palace gardens. Live music is scheduled on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.

The setting makes the project as much a hospitality launch as a drinks collaboration, placing the temporary bar inside Es Saadi’s landscaped Palace grounds with views toward the Atlas Mountains.
