Beni Ourain
Beni Ourain is a family of rugs associated with communities in Morocco’s Middle Atlas. The familiar ivory-and-dark-diamond look is only one expression; pile height, wool tone, and drawing vary from piece to piece. Expect a soft, insulating hand and a relaxed, imperfect geometry rather than machine regularity.
